GUEST POLICY

Apricot Lounge Salon is an intimate environment. Our limited space does not accommodate guests who are not being serviced. Now with the new rules of COVID-19, guest will not be permitted in lobby area. Drop-off only. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

No Shows / Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to a %50 of menu prices for scheduled services
No show appointments will be charged 50% of cost of service PER service.
NO EXCEPTIONS as appointment available is limited.

 

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our guarantee.
If for any reason you are not happy with a product your stylist recommends, please return slightly used portion within 14 days of purchase for salon credit towards the purchase of another product. 

Payment is due at time of service. We gladly accept most major credit cards, cash and cash apps (Venmo and Zelle).

 

CLIENT LOYALTY

Take your stylist's business card, write your name on it, and pass it along to a friend. If your friend becomes a new client and presents this card during their appointment, you both receive a 10% discount on one salon appointment.
